These Terms govern website usage and general interactions with Skyrekon unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Skyrekon website belongs to Skyrekon or its licensors. This includes, without limitation:

• Source code samples shown publicly
• Case studies
• Blog articles
• Images and icons
• Documentation and written content

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from Skyrekon.

For client engagements:

• Client-owned assets and preexisting materials remain the property of the client
• Confidential project materials remain confidential and are handled with care
• Ownership of project deliverables is determined by the signed client agreement or Statement of Work

Project estimates, timelines, and fees are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of quoting.

Timelines may change due to factors such as:

• Scope changes or new requirements
• Delayed client feedback or approvals
• Third-party dependencies or vendor delays
• Technical discoveries during implementation

Material changes or additional work may require revised estimates, change orders, or updated schedules before work continues.

Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules are defined in each project agreement or invoice arrangement.

• Invoices are payable according to the agreed schedule and payment method
• Late or incomplete payments may delay project delivery or pause work
• Certain services may require advance payments, deposits, or milestone-based billing

Skyrekon respects client and prospect confidentiality. We treat non-public business, technical, and project information as confidential.

Confidential information will not be disclosed except:

• With prior written permission
• When legally required to do so
• To authorized project personnel who need access to perform the work

Projects and website operations may integrate with third-party providers, including:

Skyrekon is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, data handling practices, or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Written warranties in a signed client agreement control for that engagement where they conflict with this section.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyrekon shall not be liable for:

• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Consequential or special damages

Where permitted by law, Skyrekon's total liability arising out of or related to services is limited to the amount paid by you under the applicable service agreement for the services giving rise to the claim.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Providing accurate project and business information
• Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback promptly
• Obtaining necessary licenses or rights for content, trademarks, or data you provide
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Skyrekon reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or related digital properties if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Attempt malicious, abusive, or unauthorized activity
• Abuse website functionality or communication channels
• Engage in illegal conduct

Client project termination rights and procedures are governed by the applicable written agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Skyrekon, its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Misuse of the website
• Unlawful activities
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights caused by your content or instructions

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Skyrekon may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we update them, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
